www.hound.com is currently one of my go-to websites for job hunting. What I like about this site is that the interface is simple and easy to understand. It also has good articles offering advice on improving your career, doing well in the workplace and other work-related issues.As a job hunter, I like the way the website lists the job ads. There’s a special shout-out on those with low applications, which can help if you want to be the big fish in the small pond. And the list is very easy to read. The fonts are big enough for laptop screens. But what I don’t really get is that the list of job categories is not alphabetical. It looks rather random to me. Also, the options are pretty slim. I usually go to the marketing, journalism and education lists and they tend to be rather short. I’m not quite happy that there are not a lot of advertisers/ employers placing ads here. I do suggest that you have time on your hands and a backup plan before you get involved.
